"October..." EP Honor and Appreciation Post #3: Kitti Grey. Track #3 "I'm Not Going Anywhere" https://music.apple.com/.../im-not-going.../1712161530... We lost my kid sister Kitti to Cancer today, some years back. She passed seven months after her diagnosis. She lived up near Sunriver, OR. Almost every day we would spend on the phone in between visits until her fatigue would get the best of her. I would send her CDs (remember those?) of scores of songs I had written - from work demos to independent and major label artist tracks. Out of all of them she picked this song from a rough post writing session reference recording as her single favorite, to my surprise. But looking back at her life and trials endured, it makes perfect 20/20 sense now. The picture above are her three beautiful and intelligent daughters Cassie, Anika, and Maddie. This is one of my favorite pictures of them rockin' their Charlie's Angels pose during a visit with us! Kitti, I can still see you dancing. I love you and miss you....
